Is it me or is Cesar Chavez's statue very fabulous?

I don't know about you guys, but every time I walk by Chavez's statue on campus I have deep urges to give him a snap of my hand while tossing my hair and uttering the words "WORK!" (no pun intended for the UFW laborers.)
